I just opened your package and saw my shiny new mug and all I can say is WOW. I never imagined it would be this beautiful or the colors to be that close to my original image. I hesitate now to use it as coffee mug and I'm putting it for the time being over my monitor to show it off. How much would it cost to make 5 of these mugs? I want your advice on how to use the mug so that the logo remains for as long as possible. Can it withstand repeated washings (water only, not dishwasher)? are there any special care instructions? how permanent is the printed logo? Again, many thanks for an excellent mug. Ahmad

The 24 mugs were delivered on Saturday, I believe we placed the order on line Wednesday! I had read all the testimonials and was hoping that we could get a quick delivery but I never dreamed it would be so quick. They are exactly what we wanted them to be and all arrived in perfect condition. I can't wait to take them to our friend this afternoon. Thank you for your quick service. The sample mug arrived today and looks great. Are they machine washable? I loved the ease of ordering and the way in which you handled the process. Your cost is quite a bit more than I'm used to paying, but maybe worth the difference. I will be ordering 200-250 of them for the final order, but it is for an event in February and I'm going to wait until the end of the year to order so I can get a more accurate count based upon registrations.
