Ordering Tips

We are offering several ways to order our full-color, custom-decorated ceramic coffee mugs, stainless-steel travel mugs, polymer coffee cups, sports bottles as well as our ceramic and hard tile wall murals and mosaics.

The Ordering and Payment Options we offer are, basically:

Full Service Order Form (details below):

• This form can be used when many details and particulars are required, such as:
  custom text, custom colors, custom fonts, custom art work, custom photos, layout changes, hard copy art, greeting cards, white, neutral gift boxes, shipment to other can credit card address, overseas shipments, expedited productions, shipment methods (overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day, ground, USPS or FedEx, etc. etc.), credit card information and many more details.
  
  Upon receipt of your order, we'll prepare a virtual mug layout of your mug decoration as well as a detailed price breakdown and e-mail it along to you so that you can evaluate the design and confirm your order, including order total.
  Only upon receipt back of your signed order confirmation will we give your mug order into production. Shipment is usually within 2-6 business days thereafter. Credit cards will only be charged the day of shipment.
  
   
• Our Full Service Order Form can be used in two (2) different ways:
  
  Ordering
  - Pre-designed coffee mugs selected directly from a web page;
  - Using your own digital image and/or photo and text.

Pre-designed coffee mugs selected directly from a web page:

When ordering any of our pre-designed coffee mugs you can just click on the corresponding order number link shown below the decoration of your choice.
(Example)
The order form will come up with the decoration name and order number already entered into the form.
You just add your shipping and payment information and indicate (if required) any changes you desire, such as change of decoration location, change of text, fonts, font size, font colors, etc. etc., shipment to other than credit card billing address, overseas shipments, overnight shipments, greeting cards, etc etc. Only the sky is the limit to what we can do.

Using your own digital image and/or photo and text:

When ordering custom mugs decorated entirely with your digital image files, digital images, digital montages and text, you can directly enter all required order information in this secure Order Form.
Please note that you'll also have to
submit your own digital files which can be done directly from here.

The rest of the ordering procedure is exactly the same as indicated above.

Order Processing and Order Fulfillment of our Full Service Order Form:

After we receive your order placed with any of the two above Full Service Ordering methods, we'll prepare a virtual mug layout with the information and digital image(s) you supplied for your evaluation and acceptance.
At this time we'll also confirm in detail the total cost of your gift mugs order. Our Order Confirmation will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you supplied with your Gift Mugs order.
Please review all aspects and information of our Order Confirmation, and if all is as it should be, "sign" it where the e-mail calls for your "signature" and return it to us.
Should you need to make any observations, please indicate them at the very top of our Order Confirmation and mail it back to us with or without your "signature"

Upon receipt back of your "signed" Order Confirmation we'll then give your mug order into production. Under normal circumstances, we can have your mug order ready for shipment within 2-6 business days after receipt back of our Order Confirmation.

The day of the shipment we'll e-mail you to the e-mail address you supplied the corresponding tracking information. Please note that since tracking information will be sent directly from the e-mail server of the shipping company, you should make sure that your anti-spam program will let e-mails through, especially from USPS and FedEx.

Only after you gift mugs order has been shipped will be charge your credit card.

shipping and handling charges directly from here for local as well as world-wide shipments.

For smaller orders you can use our total cost calculator for each mug size.

We also offer binding price quotes for orders of at least 36 mugs of the same size and with the very same decoration. To this effect, please submit our Order Request Form.
